Northern Swing Golf Centre Introduces New Gaming Experience

Northern Swing Golf Centre is now a Gaming Centre. In October 2008 the Nintendo Wii and Playstation 3 gaming systems were set up for play on the large 16’x10’ screens of the golf simulators. This is truly a different experience even for avid gamers. The size of the pictures are reason enough to come to Northern Swing and try your hand at the many games offered. The most popular game has been Rockband 2, this is quite a site to see as the atmosphere is perfect to watch some friends rock out on the electronic air guitars.

The gaming is perfect for those looking to host birthday parties or staff parties as it adds more activities than you can shake a Wii remote at. The large selection of games will be sure to satisfy all ages.

We have found that even people who own their own gaming systems at home enjoy the light atmosphere at Northern Swing. It is not intimidating and is private enough to allow you to let loose while enjoying a night away from home. We hope to encourage gamers to get away from their couches and out of the house in order to game and socialize in a fun environment.

The gaming equipment also creates a great opportunity for those who may be thinking about purchasing a gaming system to come a test some games and see what these systems are all about.
